Noqtis Website Update

I've been giving Noqtis a bit of a cleanup. The moonlit forests and dark blues are staying, with more consistent layouts, clearer text and smoother hover effects around them.

The mobile pages and contact form have had some attention, and About has a new image that fits the rest of the site.

There's now a Web section alongside Games, starting with TaleStone. Both game and website projects also appear together under In Development on the main page.

Behind the scenes, the old WordPress leftovers are gone. The site now runs on a simpler static setup, making it easier to maintain and build on.
